Privacy Notice

Anthony Clay Bureau (ACB) is a Tallinn-based architecture and interior architecture practice founded in 2014. This page explains what happens with your data when you visit this site or get in touch.

The short version: we collect very little, we use it only for what you'd expect, and we don't share it with anyone.

What we actually collect

This site has no contact forms. We use a small number of cookies to understand how visitors use the site, and one to remember your cookie choice. The only personal data we ever receive is what you choose to send us when you email info@bureau.ee.

What we do with it

We use your email to reply to you, and if we start working together, to manage that relationship. That's it. We don't add you to lists, we don't pass your details on, and we don't use them for anything you didn't intend when you wrote to us.

How long we keep it

We keep email correspondence for as long as the professional relationship requires, or as long as we're legally obliged to. When it's no longer needed, it goes.

Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to see, correct, or ask us to delete any personal data we hold about you. Just email us at info@bureau.ee and we'll sort it out.

Legal basis

We process your data on the basis of legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry, and where a project begins, on the basis of our professional relationship.
