Clients
You probably already know you need an architect. What you might not know yet is what kind or whether we would be a good fit.
Some clients come to us with a clear brief and a tight timeline. Others come with a site, a rough idea, and a lot of uncertainty about how to proceed. Both are fine. What they have in common is that they want to work with someone who actually engages with the problem — not someone who runs a template over it and sends an invoice.
Our clients tend to be developers who care about what they are building, not just what it returns. Municipalities and institutions that need someone who understands both the building and the street outside it. Hospitality clients who want spaces that feel considered. Private clients building something that matters to them.
They almost always want to work directly with the person responsible for the project. At ACB, that is always the founder, Tõnis.
What comes with that
A co-founder of Estonia's leading mobility consultancy. An active member of the Estonian Architects Union. Two decades of relationships with structural engineers, landscape architects, interior designers, urban planners, and specialists of various kinds — people whose work is known firsthand and can be vouched for. On larger projects, the right team gets assembled from that network. A small bureau with an unusually long reach.
