Ecosystem

Anthony Clay Bureau is one part of a wider ecosystem. These are the institutions, organisations, and initiatives that Tõnis Savi is part of — some he helped build, some he has shaped through years of active involvement.

Liikuvusagentuur

A mobility agency co-founded with other industry leaders Marek Rannala and Raul Kalvo, working with Estonian cities and developers on cycling networks, street space, accessibility, and sustainable transport. If ACB is about the buildings, Liikuvusagentuur is about everything that connects them. Clients who work with ACB get a founder who carries both.

Estonian Academy of Arts

Since 2019 Tõnis has lectured at the Estonian Academy of Arts Architecture and Urban Design Department, leading the Street Design Studio, a semester-long course in street design and urban analysis. Teaching is not separate from the practice. It is how the thinking stays honest.

Estonian Architects Union

Tõnis is an active member of the Estonian Architects Union, the professional body that represents architects across Estonia and sets the standards for the field. Showing up, not just signing up.

Estonian Urban Cyclists Union

Co-founded in 2014. National advocacy for cycling infrastructure and rights. One of the organisations that has quietly shifted how Estonian cities think about cycling — from niche interest to serious transport policy.

Tallinn Bicycle Week & Tour d'ÖÖ

Co-founded in 2011. A festival of cycling culture — rides, seminars, film nights. Tour d'ÖÖ, its night ride, has happened 80+ times across Estonian cities, thousands of participants per event.

Elav Tänav

An NGO co-founded in 2021 to support living streets. The argument: streets are public space first, traffic infrastructure second. Still standing.
